How many people can stay at Victorello?
The house sleeps a maximum of 6 people, plus 2 children. There are 3 spacious bedrooms with double beds and box springs; 2 rooms have an extra divan. A cot and changing pad are available on request.
Is the wellness included in the price?
Yes. The private wellness comes with your stay at no extra cost: the jacuzzi, the Finnish sauna, the swim spa and the poolhouse are yours alone for the whole time.
How warm are the pool and the jacuzzi?
The swim spa is a sports pool of 27.5 degrees, 1.20 m deep, with 2 massage seats. In low season the pool is used as a cooling zone during your sauna session. The jacuzzi is 38 degrees and covered.
What are the arrival and departure times?
A weekend runs from Friday 4pm to Sunday 4pm. A midweek runs from Monday 4pm to Friday 10.45am. In low season (Jan, Feb, Mar, Oct, Nov, Dec) a later check-out is possible.
Can I book a single night?
In April, May, June and September a one-night stay is possible, at €395 per night. Feel free to email info@victorello.be about the options.
Are pets allowed?
No. The interior of Victorello is set up to limit allergies, so we do not allow pets. You can spoil your pet nearby at Noenties, 't Herdershof or 't Verwende Nest.
What costs extra on top of the rent?
Energy costs €5 per person per night and bed linen €70 per stay. Beds made up are optional at €8 per person. Tourist tax is settled at check-in.
Is there Wi-Fi and a TV?
Yes, there is free Wi-Fi and a TV with USB output. The wellness has Sonos speakers for music.
Is there parking and a charging point?
There is free parking at the house, and a charging point is available for electric cars.
Can I come by bike?
Certainly. Victorello is one of the 18 places with the cyclist-friendly accommodation label: there is a charging point, a lockable and covered bicycle shed, a repair kit, a first aid kit, cycle network maps and the possibility to hose down your bike.
Is there a shop or bakery nearby?
Yes, there is a bakery and grocery 50 metres away, on the corner of the street. In Westouter village (1 km) you will find fresh produce shop De Mote, and 2 km away there is a French bakery on the Zwarteberg.
Can I use the wood stove?
Yes, there is a lounge with a wood stove. Do request the firewood in advance. Firewood is also for sale at Alti Flora on the Zwarteberg, 2 km away.
Are there any discounts?
Last-minute bookings get −5%. In June, 2 people midweek get −15%, and a weekend stay of 3 nights or more in July and August is discounted. For a small group we are happy to make a tailored offer: email info@victorello.be.
